Okay, inventory time...

Approaching one year of employment at my current job (and it's going very well)?

Check.

All of my bills for the current month are paid (and it's only the 15th)?

Check.

Only 7 more weeks (to the day) of Child Support payments left?

Check.

Actually, over a 72-hour period, from September 2nd through September 5th of this year, my Child Support payments will stop (though I will still have some past-due support to pay off) and I will celebrate one year of continuous sobriety!

After many, many, MANY years, my life appears to at least be "leveling off". I have a firm handle on most of my "demons". It's not always easy, sometimes it takes a little while (and a few tries!) to get it right. Don't get me wrong, there's still a long, long way to go! As of today I only have $0.18 (yes, that's EIGHTEEN CENTS!) in my bank account and my Credit Card available balance is $1.00, but there's definitely a "Light At The End Of The Tunnel"! ;-)
